First of all I want to say a very warm WELCOME to all the members of ”Ceai cu Mamici ” community! I am very excited to share with you everything I discovered so far through my journey as a woman and a mom.
You will hear from me quite often, I will create new posts, talk about upcoming events, post different meal plans for everyone, even for fussy-eater children. Sometimes I will let you know about things I make, learn, read or teach, about my lifestyle, my children, but let’s take things one step at a time and allow me to introduce myself properly.
A couple of things about me.
The first thing you should know about me is that I AM A MOM of 2 and that is my favorite job in the world. The day my first child was born, my entire perspective on life changed, and all sorts of changes continue to happen to this very day. I know this is the case with many of us, and I know that changes are not always a piece of cake. In fact, sometimes they just feel unbearable. That is why my other rewarding job is working with new moms, to empower them live their best life after giving birth.
I love to play my part in making the transition as smooth as possible.
Let’s go deeper!
If we haven’t met yet, my name is Andreea and I am a well-being mom champion.
But does this mean you might ask?
I am a nutritionist coach, a gentle weaning off breastfeeding champion with homeopathic remedies and New German Medicine practitioner.
I believe in magic and infinite possibilities.
I am the lady behind the curtain at the Mum’s Champion Community group.
I was Born and raised in Romania, presently living in the UK and this is one of the reasons for which all my articles will be in English as I’ve already built a community of moms here in the UK who are following and working with me.
I come from an HR and recruitment background, worked in a corporate environment for more than 7 years. This helps me a lot when working with clients, as I am able to apply my knowledge and experience when it comes to coaching my clients and this is a unique advantage for me.
Transitioning to Motherhood
I became a mother 8 years ago. And as I said in the beginning, it wasn’t all fluffy and nice.
I found the transition into motherhood more challenging than I ever thought it would be. I found it lonely.
I felt isolated for most of the time. I needed so many things, and found so little help in my community. I found the hard way that out there, there was a huge lack of support for women in this stage of their life. Later on, I found out yet again that there was a lack of emotional support for the process of weaning from breastfeeding. Weaning the children seemed a well guided process, but what about the mom? Who was helping HER with HER big feelings? Who was helping her morn HER loss? Who was helping the mothers eat well in order to keep themselves healthy and in good mood?
Since I was determined to find support, I was lucky to find my coach who initiated me in the New German Medicine, which says every disease comes from an emotional conflict.
How can I actually help you?
That being said, my mission is to help moms and women who are in a difficult stage of their life and want to step further with ease and grace.
Moms who need support to stop weaning from breastfeeding, women who look for guidance for themselves and their children. Women who are tired to think about tomorrow’s meal plans for the family, for lunch packs or snacks and for whom developing healthy habits of living is important.
My mission is to help you HELP YOURSELF grow, shine, be truly happy and live your best life in alignment on your divine path.
My reason for getting up every morning is to help you elevate your everyday life, eat nurturing food, enjoy yourself and others, feel content and face the difficulties with a smile.
My harsh experience of being a new mom helped me see how transforming it is to actually have a trusted person to turn to.
I was down and there was no one to help me with the newly-born child, no one to give me something to eat, no one to comfort me or give me a call to ask how I was or if I needed anything.
So, one day, I decided to be that helping hand and that comforting voice for others. And I am doing my part with good intention, joy and much dedication.
I trust there are many ways I can help you, no matter where you are on your journey so if you are ready for transformation and ready to live the best version of your life NOW, I am here.
So, this is me. I look forward to start my new journey with you.
Shine your brightest, mom, you deserve it!
